A good place to buy a car. No high pressure experience. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Not the largest selection of vehicles but they had what we were looking for. Only gripe is they do not negotiate on price.

Online listing was 100% accurate, car was nearly perfect (obviously it’s a used car so not everything is perfect!) and I ended up buying it. Owner was very friendly and walked me through the whole buying process without pressuring me into buying anything extra! I would definitely recommend this dealership

Today was a crazy day. But it all works out in the end. We found ourselves a DIAMOND today. CRS AUTO GROUP is a small and high quality independent dealership in Schaumburg. I’ve never seen a car dealer care more about providing QUALITY vehicles at more than fair prices AND treat the customers even better than that. 20 out of 10 recommend.

Had a great experience, everyone was welcoming and highly knowledgeable. There were no cheap tricks nor gimmicks, everything was exaclty as it was stated and shown as. You can tell the owner really invests time and care into his business.

Some of the kindest people ever !! Not only did they provide excellent customer service, but they made us feel like we were all best friends. Went with my boyfriend and his grandma to get a new car, and Helen was so helpful with the whole process. Helen and Kumar provided excellent service before, during, and even after the car buying process. The car we purchased was in beautiful condition and just as described online, and we even discovered it had recent maintenance as well. Will absolutely be recommending this dealership to everyone I know !!
